That's it, that's the suggestion.
The ability to set a specific icon to use when your Further Madness goes off, kinda like how you can for win/skill quotes.
It's kinda wonky to have to constantly switch to the right icon while talking in a situation that you know it might come up, or just let it sit on whatever icon you have up - even if it's not fitting at all.

The icon state should probably be named 'madness'.

I've implemented this. It will use the face icon state madness_trait when it triggers.
