Seems like Danmaku's effect (from the ninja talent) slipped through the test, it is not properly activating on evasion or glance.
EDIT:
it works, but only when my shuriken is in my subweapon slot.

There's another bug where Danmaku doesn't use the weapon's icon for its projectile, but it uses Needle (Priest) for some reason.

It doesn't use Needle's icon, nor does it use the weapon icon.
If you can give me a test case (key/slot) where it will never trigger, I can look into it. Otherwise more details are required.

It was just ambidexterity... that's the reason only the subweaponed shuriken counted.
