v.2.51 [EVENT TOOLS] Target Tool doesn't work on ice tiles - Fern - 10-09-2021
The target tool can't mark tiles that have ice sheets on them, so you cannot do things such as spawn animations mid-fight. Potentially related: https://neus-projects.net/forums/showthread.php?tid=8460
EDIT: Also applies to Cinder Tiles unless you try to meticulously click in-between their icon's holes.
