[v2.54 M2] Still too quiet - InsainArcaneBirdbrain - 12-14-2021

The quiet person immunity via Leporidae Physique currently does not work. As seen above, the "mumbling too quietly" message still appears regardless of one being a Leporidae. Tested at say range 8-10 (quiet person works from 9-10 range for reference).

You should cross-reference this with another race. Maybe its not a complete negation?
