The Boundary Which Parts Pain [V 2.54b] - Inconspicuous Kitty - 05-19-2022
It seems that the HP threshold from Parted Pain, right when the youkai can no longer deal damage, is not technically treated as the threshold until one hitpoint below the threshold for the purposes of skills like Grand Finale or Heaven Below - in other words, even though the Youkai have stopped dealing damage, if the summoner kills the enemy in a single melee ranged strike, the benefits such as the momentum or FP gain will not proc.
This may not be a bug, but it's very awkward if not.
