[Boxer] Felhook's Flatfoot - MegaBlues - 07-07-2022
After Flatfoot was changed on Soldier's Bash, Boxer caught an unintended nerf now that I assume it no longer scales based on sturm level.
Could it be adjusted to have a new effect?

Maybe it should inflict Flatfoot as usual, but if your Sturm Level is 4 or above, it also inflicts Wear Out LV (3 * Sturm Level) for 2 rounds.
