Rocket Launcher Fail - Rendar - 03-23-2015
The Jackhammer only targets 1 enemy within the AoE. This sucks. Also, even if it did work properly it would probably not apply 'on hit' effects to all targets even if it's a single target. That should definitely work.

This was noted and corrected, and I will be uploading a hotfix for it later tonight.
