Penultimate Bling Change - Dystopia - 08-18-2022
Can the Penultimate Bling be updated to be like the Rainbow Note or Rainbow Rose item so it doesn't have to be equipped to use?
It made sense when it was first added but since then we've gotten similar donation items that have aesthetic functions that don't take up an equipment slot.
Please let us sparkle obnoxiously while still having all our nice regalia'd items displayed!
