Animu 2014 Summer/Fall/Winter - Miller - 11-13-2014

So out of boredom, why not list the anime that you are currently watching, dropped, or placed on hold. As well as the ones you're hyped for from the winter season.

Watching:
Inou Battle(When Supernatural Battles become common occurances)
Log Horizon S2
SAO II(Despite how bad it is)
Akame Ga Kiru (Read the manga before the animu was announced, disappointed so far)
GBF:Try(S2)
F/SN UBW(Obvious reasons)
Parasyte(Kiseujuu)

On Hold:
Gundam G-Reco (First episodes were disappointing and wacky; been told it gets better.)

Dropped:
Terraformars
Cross-ANGE
Denki-GAI
Grisaia
World Trigger
Trinity Seven

UBW and Parasyte.

The rest are shit.

All of it really, since I'm not really picky. I'm that special kind of person who can enjoy even bad anime, all while acknowledging that the anime in question isn't actually that good. Granted there are certain things I look forward to a lot more than others.

Amagi Brilliant Park (It's quite amusing, plus A-1 pictures rarely animates light novels that aren't in-house.)
Fate/Stay Night UBW (Ufotable must be shitting solid gold bricks or something because this looks super expensive. It's also pretty good.)
Inou Battle (Well, at least it's better than Kill la Kill so far. Then again, that's not hard. I'm enjoying this one.)
Parasyte (I'm pretty amused by how they've modernized certain aspects of it.)
Log Horizon S2 (You can't go wrong with database.)
Psycho-Pass 2 (Urobutcher you're not welcome in this learning environment.)
Rage of Bahamut: Genesis (This is a lot better than I thought it'd be.)

I'll probably be watching everything from the Winter season too. There are obviously some things in particular that I'm pretty hyped about though.

Every Generic Romance Light Novel Adaptation (I'm actually super intrigued by how incredibly similar most of them seem.)
Isuca (It may as well count as the above since it follows a similar plot formula, except it's a manga instead of a light novel.)
JJBA Stardust Crusaders 2 (HOKORI NO BULLET)
Fafner in the Azure: Dead Aggressor - Exodus (I didn't dislike Dead Aggressor.)
Tsukimonogatari (Shaft is beating this franchise like the dead horse it is and I love it.)
Kuroko no Basuke S3 (I've read and am disappointed in the manga's ending, but I love watching the animated matches.)

It's pretty easy to see that I'm super not picky...!

Forgot about Psycho-Pass 2. Gonna wait for it to end though.

How is Bahamut? I've been hearing nothing but good things about it.

For an anime based on a mobile phone card game, it's got a surprising amount of depth to it. The characters are all more or less likeable, and the animation is really good as well. There are some instances of CG being out of place, but I don't think it's that big of a deal. You should definitely give it a shot if you've got the time.

UBW is basically all I'm really watching. I hear people are enjoying the new Gundam shows though.

Waiting on that Naruto movie now that the manga is over.

Pretty much the same here, though I stopped keeping up with the Naruto manga ages ago. Didn't stop me from reading the last two chapters, and more likely than not watching the move, though.~ Asides from that, I -was- keeping up with Sailor Moon Crystal (more nostalgia) but I dropped it. It was just too bad.

And not really anime, but I'm also keeping up with Korra, though the fourth season has been pretty lackluster so far.

Re: Animu 2014 Summer/Fall/Winter - Dinogun - 11-16-2014

All I've been watching is SAO2. I know it's bad but for some reason it's somehow enjoyable to watch. I'm already loving the current arc it's in, Mother's Rosario, because no Kirito this time and we finally get more character development from Asuna. And I like the new girl, Yuuki, already.
