Blotch inconsistency - renowner - 09-27-2022 The skill panel for Blotch in game when you purchase it specifically says that blotch gives +16 dark attack.  However in battle, it tells another story entirely: Its giving +32 dark attack at rank 5.  Either its bugged, and its supposed to give 16, or its bugged and the skill panel needs to be updated.
