Movement becoming Teleport would throw off a lot of people but at the same time would make PvE faster. Maybe to make it so it doesn't take away Sonic Speed's shine, it would only work once as you buff...

Take #2 for Confusion should be making its duration go down every time an offensive skill or spell deals damage to an ally.

Yeah, and it buffs them a bit on top of it, which is a little welcome for mobs intended to be made for summoning rather than be used for their passives.

It's a dated skill, that's what it is. What could be funny is if this made so every round start you and all enemies gained Emergency Evasion for 1 attack.

Things that increase evade for 1 attack should make it so those become forced glancing blows, I agree. Even with Heavy Armor, tbh.

Yeah. It kind of ruins all the planning we eventmins carefully do to make the mobs actually chain up their intended behaviors. Earthbound Fog is too godmoddy in events, or in general.

It shouldn't be conditional, that's the only way it can be fixed. Set it, then alternate it, and period. It should not be dynamically changed.
