I've made both these effects only able to trigger once per round. Bullet Barrier's max rank was changed to 2, like the other passive skills that don't have a scaling benefit. |

This is not a bug, it's just a consequence of how gun attacks were changed. I think that I'll have to adjust Bullet Barrier and Blade Barrier to account for the change. |

It's a thematic idea but I don't think it's really a good idea in terms of balance, because it doesn't actually give a negative effect or eat an enchant slot like curses/dooms actually do. |

Training also gives a bonus to the trainee based on how much higher the trainer's level is than theirs. (+1% per level difference).
That said, I guess I'll increase it to 2% per SR for Tools and Trai... |

I've adjusted it so that armor reduction takes place after general reduction (IE, Phys/Mag DEF) and elemental resistance, but before evade-based modifiers (IE, glancing blows). |
