Can the item description window have an option to be bound to game window? If you have multiple screens, it opens on main screen (or not at all because it doesnt open on top of non-sl2 windows)

Sometimes, one can hear emotes and says from grand hall in duyuei from the healers hut (also in duyuei). I dunno the exact specifics, and if it works the other way around.

So, I think fitting form should apply its bonus if you have an empty weapon slot (bare fists) or a nonweapon (maybe non-shield too) item in secondary. Why should only dual wielders get the best of it?
