Using parting shot will not give you the extra low damage 1 or 2 shots from Akimbo. It only fires base rounds.

Akimbo specifically states Attack or Sub-Attack, but I don't see much harm in making it work for Parting Shot, since it does pretty low damage anyway. The reign of multi-shot guns has long ended.
