At the minute strict sleeper seems to apply the buff after sleeping at an inn at the player's chosen ingame time.

For Example Hour 24 is set for the trait on one of my characters but two in-game hours later it applies the strictly sleeply status on despite using an inn 2 ingame hours prior.
