When you turn off OOC (or any other channel), while Block Disabled Channels is not enabled, it will still auto scroll whenever someone posts in OOC (or any other channel).

The kicker is, it will auto scroll to no message for some reason, since the channel is disabled.

If more details are needed, try doing the following:

- Scroll up.
- Post something in OOC.
- The chat will scroll down to your visible text.
This is the desired behavior for chat.

- Scroll up.
- Disable OOC.
- Post something in OOC. Or get something posted in OOC by general.
- The chat will scroll down to your invisible text.
This is NOT the desired behavior for chat. So fix this, as it shouldn't scroll down to 'no message'.

- Scroll up.
- Have OOC still disabled.
- Turn on Block Disabled Channels.
- Post something.
- The chat will not scroll down.
This is the desired behavior for chat.

This also apparently affects how the chat logs 'delete' messages out of nowhere, because it keeps counting OOC. I don't know if this specific one is fixable but yeah.
