Narcus Tweak

- Narcus damage return seems to be capped at 52
- Narcus Damage return is mitigated by enemy Resistance
- You'd be amazed how often that extra damage is a big fat 0.

Basically, the Narcus's effect looks amazing on paper, but actually really sucks. even if you take 100+ Damage, you're doing 5-10 back from the Narcus.

Suggestion: Change it to 1/4 damage, capping at 15, unresistable via stats (but yes via elemental resists/ general DR)

This way, it won't be completely invalidated by resistance, while still not being overpowering.

If you capped the damage at 15, it would be worse than X damage, capped at 10, based on Stat weapons.

At least the X damage capped at 10 weapons DO 10 damage.

The Narcus is regularly doing 0 in PVE, even with a level 52 effect.

Effect level = 1/2 of damage taken and unresistable damage could be one solution. Another one might be allowing the status to be powered up from multiple damage instances.

I thought about that, myself, but it could be too overpowered if you consider someone hanging back and healing, then just releasing it all in one burst.

Could make it 2 round duration and prevent the power-up from refreshing duration, so you don't have that opportunity.
