So at the moment, Tarnada users have the chance to change the overworld icon of a player to full green outside and in battle.

       

Steps to Replicate:

1) Have a Tarnada equipped.
2) Fight a monster using skills like sidecut, Basic Attack etc
3) Enjoy looking like you've just eaten uranium rods.

This greenness persists out of battle if you end the battle while green and fixes itself if the user re-logs but can still happen after relog.
