Gotta agree, though I've always been iffy of Skip in general with some of the stupid combos you can pull with it (HSDW to incantation with no chance of being interrupted, anyone?). That said, it does feel like a rather basic thing to buy with a whole trait point and it'd be nice for slower people not to have to buy an ENTIRE TRAIT they can't really make use out of just to be able to counter-skip and prevent people from pulling aforementioned combos all over their face.
