I don't see anything wrong with headshot, and this post's original point was simply changing the details of what it can hit to make it more clear and understandable. It seems kinda derailed, brainstorming all these balance changes.

That was one of the goals, but I did suggest a variant that could hit everything, because I would actually prefer a weapon special that is not gimped against specific PvE enemies. So your assumption is wrong and you are a fool /s
