I think lowering it back to 50% is fine, 30% may be a little too far. The problem to me is part Accelia having higher charge damage than the Excel Weapons which is silly for an autohit and part issue with the automatic charging set-up of Shock Collar and Conversion Gloves but there's already a thread for that so I won't go any further into it.
