I agree myself, even if I recall using it to remove a debuff (immobilize).

It kind of feels like cheating the system a bit. What is more, as some clearly wrote, it can be used to further punish someone, without any real way to counteract it, as far as I can tell.

One way to work around it, is just decrease the maximum amount of monsters that can spawn in a floor. Say, from 5, to around... 3? It can be jarring how some floors have just 1 monster to kill, and the next couple of floors 5 monsters. That way, we can keep the higher levels (and thus, better chance...

Hmm... How about, with the set equipped and no other weapon or shield, the kick changes?

An increase in its FP cost, but in return will also gets weapon scaling. Naturally, it will also benefit from other kick-boosting abilities, like pheonix talon, naturally.
