To add to this, the force feed skill actually still applies beneficial fortunes to whomever you force feed. Even with 66+ scaled luck, which shouldn't be the case. I one time even force fed my foes divide and conquer. with a 66.6 scaled luck redtail. Satan really hated me.

Doriad's vine move immobilization: It already has a 3 round cooldown. Seed sniper: Currently has a bug, or just really poorly thought out application system where if the enemy just skips, it removes the immobilization. Why wouldn't aptitude count towards it when it boosts your celerity stat? Which specifically says it determines turn order. It was against another player with 1 more scaled celerity than I had to begin with, But my base celerity is 44, the rest comes from bonus effects and items and classes.

Well I recall this always being a thing from ages past when I tried demon hunter, so I Don't think the turning thing is affecting it. I'm not sure if sidecut and most offensive movement skills aren't supposed to trigger it.
