I feel that changing the effect of Tarnada to a different spell somewhat takes away from the theme of the Weapon. My only concern is I think Fenrirs (in SL2 at least) are pretty distinctly ice themed based on everything we've seen about them. (Fenrirbus is Ice based. Fenrir spell from LB is Ice based. Felt like making some icons for Instrument sub-type weapons since we currently only have the Electric Axe. I don't really have any ideas in mind for effects but there's one here for each main weapon type except Tome.

While I do like most of the scaling changes, I think a lot of these weapons will still be underused due to either no effects or lackluster effects. (But hey, that's what potential skills are for.) I agree that the Shine Sword's scalings make it hard to build for due to needing a large amount of STR, WIL and FAI.
