If fluer made crits reset crit tracking instead of giving and additional momentum once you'd end up in a world where people use (and abuse) Aoe basic attacks to net more momentum gained from multiple crits, and multi hit attacks like wild ride that can crit multiple times. 1m would be fine, as long as its a specific classes gimmick.

in SL1 we had skilled weapon swap on martial warriors for the equivalent of 0m.

You sure, because I remember a time right around when badges came out where I had a round trip that went across the map and dragged the target all the way back to me, damaging them every tile.

Remembering back when badges and buffs stacked in 2017 the most disgusting combination I remember was roundtrip with quaking + wind or lightning.

The solution To hit chance and Evade chance is .....Diminishing Returns, or more a bell curve system where Hit can never exceed 100% or fall below 0% (barring specific statuses like blind still being able to.)
