But yeah, no. If a REWORK is possible, I'd gun for it too. There's a reason why this is in Balance-Fu rather than Suggestions. I take it this is the place to tweak what's already sailing.

Stat Scaling is multiplied by 1.5, so 9 * 1.5 = 13.5.

I think the trait is fine and balanced as is. It's just kind of annoying to have no talents.
