Unlock conditions: all memory shards, 300 Cypelle, 5000 Murai, 10 gold bars, 10 black pearls, 1 Onyx, 1 Emerald, 1 Topaz, 1Diamond, 1 Ruby, 1 Sapphire, 1 Amethyst, 10 Dark Shards, 10 wind stone fragments.
Cost per buff application: 1000 Murai, 100 Cypelle, 1 gold bar.
Drop rate increase: 5x the likelihood of item drops.

but no yeah please add in some way to reliably get the items you want, whether it's some target drop rate system or crafting with raremetal
