Also, so this is on topic, this race should get 2 of it's base Strength moved to Will. It's a little overspecialized.

Update:
I changed BATTLE ROAR to Yawn because lazy little bears.
Moves 2 STRENGTH to their BASE WIL
I also added my failed attempt to make a tail and ears for them. Sorry I suck at making icons and I have never done it before.

Changed Hibernate to Rest to cure any confusion surrounding it and the status effect "Hibernation"
Changed Hibernation quite a bit, worth a read into what all it does now.
Changed how Rest works.

I don't know what happened to my post but basically it amounted to, stop being little babies. Don't post a paragraph about something completely unrelated to a topic and then add 'Oh, yeah, this is cool. +1 I support it!' to pretend it's on topic. I have better things to do than deal with people being idiots on my forum, which is to say that if you continue to behave as such, I will remove you from it so I don't have to deal with it.

Also, I'll hopefully have Sly make better icons for the Ursidae to make it more 'complete' of a suggestion.
