This will literally not change PVE fleeing at all. If you had 0 FP to use autohits, then you can't use a skill to reach the edge of the stage.

Felidae can literally triple move in 1 turn to get to the other side of the map, on the edge. Then promptly end turn. And lo-and-behold. By some miracle of god. They can flee. Because you know.

They're at 25% or less HP. And also have a shitton of movement.

You're making up a ficticious situation that doesn't actually affect anyone because if you're in PVE and getting swarmed like that, that means that doing a triple move on your turn (and if you're monk for shukuchi, or soldier for charge, even better!) then you'll be on the other side of the map. Because 1+1+2+3= 7 M.
