That's lazy. If something like that came by it would feel the same as being spat on the face by people who have money, more than what Fruit of Fluidity already does. Sooo, no.
With repurposing being an option, if you're making multiple alts of the same race, you're stupid. Sorry to say, just plain stupidity if your goal is try new races. And this would make Balance-Fu bomb every time a new race is implemented. SL2 is a relatively short game, nothing like FFXIV where you need to invest a single month to catch up with the current ongoings.
Besides, you don't need to LE to play the game or PvP. People just do it out of perfectionism 9/10 and someone with 1 more stat point than another will not make you win any fights. What truly matters is if you're using Hexer or not in the end, lol.

Nope.
Leveling 1-60 for the first time is a chore, sure. But leveling 1-60 after that is usually easier, because now you at least understand the game and whatever. There's Legend Extension to ICly continue your character's story- hell it's even mentioned that it's for your character, not your own convenience. IF you decide to become a Vampire In Character, you cannot change back out of that decision. You wanna turn back because you got slapped by a Holy weapon? That's your life now.
This is so strictly anti-IC and anti-RP that it's insane. Fruit of Fluidity is already a bit dubious, but racials and base race stats are WAY too powerful of a change rather than a stat arrangement/class change. That's how it should stay.
As someone who made a first wave Reaper when those became playable? Honestly, it'd suck the fun out of the character if you just... suddenly became that new race with all Inks and everything. Just experiment. Go wild. There's so much content in the game that it feels worthless to just do the same thing but with a different/new race.
As someone who has a metric fuckload of characters spanning over 50+ BYOND keys? This is a big fat no from me.

I'm also highly against this. This would turn this Roleplay Mandatory game into yet another MMORPG that the elites can have their grubby hands on anything late game. It would really mess with the mechanics pretty badly.... so...
