Calling All Young Adventurers!

Are you a young rookie adventurer? Are you looking for a crew of people to grow and train with? Have you ever wanted to give back to the community and help people?

Then look no farther, because the World Watchers are here! 

World Watchers Encorpated is a guild dedicated to the growth of young adventurers, and our duty to help people in need. We are currently a small group of ten active members with three mentors who assist us in our studies and training. 

What do you gain from gaining the watchers?

As previously stated, you become a member of a group of people, all looking to train and grow together
Access to our still growing roster of intelligent and dedicated mentors, which includes Respected Independent Detective Rowan, Respected Independent Medic Doctor Aslo Brew and Well known Adventurer Gracia.
Missions, assigned to watchers based on their skill set. All with the same goal. To help people in need.

What do we look for in a Watcher?

Someone who has a talent or a skill they wish to improve on, and willing to use said talent or skill to help the team as a whole succeed.

• A willingness to work with others.

• A person willing to talk out their problems with the group.
  
• A person who is reliable.
  

How do you apply? Please fill out the following application and deliver it to Leo Hidekiyo! It will be taken and reviewed, and an interview will be conducted. If all goes well, you could become a member. (Applying does not guarantee acceptance.)

Age: You must be at least Fourteen, or of a race that does not have to follow the age laws of the empire.

Skills/Talents: Anything you can do to help the group as a whole.

Fields of Study: Something you are currently studying (Crafting, Fighting Style, Medicine. ext.)

Oh, and one final thing. Don't feel like you have to be in a combat role to become a member. The Watcher welcomes applicants of multiple skill sets. Crafting, First Aid, Foragers. Gardeners.  There are many ways to help out!



OOC:
I will say that we are looking to grow to at least twelve members, however our group cap will be no more than sixteen for now. This means we have a maximum of five spots left.  I'm making this known on the off chance that there are more people than expected who want to apply.
In case it comes up, please do not take any rejections personal on an ooc level. We respect all players, but we also want to make this as ic and operation as possible.
