Ice Tiles created by Expanding Ice cannot encroach upon a Rock Pillar, if it would expand onto the tile, it instead does not.

Needs more details. Rock pillar created by what? Was there already an ice sheet in the tile? Etc.

Rock Pillars created by Runemage.

A sheet of ice was placed adjacent to the Rock Pillar. The Verglas used Expanding ice. The ice sheet did not 'expand' onto the Rock Pillar's tile.

This actually isn't a bug. Expanding Ice can't go through tiles with dense objects on them.
