impure element was changed to include skills that did eledamage. but, runemancers element rune bypasses that downside, and just gives you free benefit without none of the downside

this really feels like an oversight, and elemental rune should be included in the impure element self damage, at the very least- i don't think it should apply to the rest of the runes, after all, unless you really wanna hurt them
