Bladed Soles kick effect triggers Toyatori's Ice tiles. It may also trigger Bakaga Shuriken's On Attack? I am unsure.

If you are wielding a Toyatori. The On Hit: Ice Tiles Created. Apply whenever you hit a target with Bladed Soles. (Rapid kick creates a full diamond 3 on the target, for instance)

This should have been corrected in one of the hotfixes at some point.
