Not sure if it's a bug or not but Kiomite Moriomizu's retaliation damage isn't considered bonus damage so it will eat your momentum if you proc the damage into an earth resistant enemy. Just had a teamfight where due to proccing it every single turn against an enemy, I ended up starting every single one of my turns with only 6 momentum.
