Both Divine Shower and Enma's Summons have a 3 round CD, but neither seem to benefit from the mono-tech conditional of Specialized Attack, creating an inconsistency between the trait's wording and its actual effect in some scenarios that are not clarified. This may stem from the way Invocations handle cooldowns, if it got applied by the normal system, we'd not be able to complete the invocation.
As is, the trait does not seem to affect Invocation cooldowns and that should likely be changed or made into a system of its own where if it reads an Invocation-type, it will only apply the cooldown after it is cast.
TL;DR, I used Divine Shower (Specialization), expected it to be 1 round CD, and was lied to as the game planted 3 round CD anyway.
