Battle Bonuses seem to be about two decimal places lower than they're intended to be, giving multipliers one-hundred times less than stated. 10% = +1.001x EXP as opposed to the expected +1.1x EXP.

I tested the differences of EXP gain on the test server using a 0 Aptitude character with no gear or any other sources of experience boosting, with 5,764 being the apparent base gain from a level 60 Fenriberus used in the testing.

After receiving +20%, I only got 11 more experience. Doing the math, 5,764*1.002 does in fact equal 5,775.528. BYOND tends to round down, thus we get 5,775.
