Star Graph skills (that aren't directly offensive, such as Grip, Cross, etc) count as offensive skills for the sake of conditions like Earthbound Fog and Earthbound Vengeance.

Not a bug because all skills are considered offensive skills by default but I've changed them to different categories appropriate to their general theme in 3.04.
