I'm posting here to say that this is still happening, and I got stuck with IC after winning within a round of getting the effect. It persisted into the next fight...then the fight after that.

I won (with a bow), then won(with a bow again), then lost(to a libregrande). I /still/ had the effect after losing, then entering /another fight/, which I then won(WITH A BOW.). The effect finally expired because I spent enough rounds in combat.

And as to the combatants, every time it was Perky Redtail Girl(Arb/Kensei) VS Ice Empress (Evoker/Verglas.)

Sooo, the effects only stick around after you lose the battle? Or am I misunderstanding?

They stay if you win or lose.

Nope, PVP and PVE alike. Just tested it.

Okay, this should be corrected for Intensify Cold. Please let me know what status effects caused by what skills cause this to happen as well (if any).
