To add on to this, I can report it happens no matter what kind of gun weapon you use. Not only dual-wielding guns but single gun use can also trigger the displacement. Funny point is, it makes you teleport behind them, then back and forth between sides. Its acting like a shorter range Hanging but haywire.

Just tested to make sure it was even happening on Mutations, yup, it is.
