So, I LA'd to specifically be able to craft a perfect (4 positive quality) Coral Wo-Dao.
I had about 40-ish Coral and got about five 3 Quality wo-daos. I asked Sderg about it and he said to report it as a bug, since I have the skill to craft it.
The Coral Wo-Dao is a skill level of 4, I have a sword-crafting skill of 8.

Just to add on to this, I was making Rockdirt Knuckledusters which have a difficulty of 4 and my crafting was at 8 skill but I would only get +2 positive qualities and it was taking a while to even get one with a positive quality.
Not sure if it's meant to be like that.

Same. This was supposed to be fixed in 1.04, but it appears that this is not the case.

This is the fourth time this happened, post reboot after you stated it was corrected.
Will the correction be implemented in 1.05?

Read this. If the game has not updated since he has marked this as FIXED, it will not be updated until then.

Yep, this fix will go live in 1.05. Question, though!
Did you fix it for Enchanting, Woodworking, etc.,
as well? I know it's only been reported with metal,
but I can personally confirm that enchanting does
the exact same thing when crafting tomes, and
one can only assume that it's a problem with the
fundamental way the Profession extensions are
coded, and thus, that the problem exists with all
of them.

Yes.
Please don't bump bug reports unless you have new information and it is unsolved. If you notice an issue after the update goes live, then make a bug report.
