Vampires do not seem to get back on their feet whatsoever from Die Hard. Had it proc, was still at 0 hp.

This may be obvious, but I assume the issue stems from Stillness, Darkness reducing the health regained and then rounding down to 0.

This also applies to things like

Food Regen from eating food
Regen from Stability (and even Soldier's tenacity or whatever)
Anything that provides HP regen (March).

Basically, it makes it nigh impossible to benefit from a lot of stuff which is fine, except it was more to deal with things like 300 hp heals.
