On the quest Need a Tailor (3), it happened to ask me to make a Wire String. To my understanding up so far I haven't found the recipe card to make that anywhere. I know there are Standard Strings, Tight Strings, Double Strings and Chain Strings. So where is the Wire one? If anyone can guide me to the place I can buy it, I'd really appreciate it.

For a note I think I've went to every shop that could sell recipe cards, so don't direct me around pointlessly, I just want the exact direction I should go in. Thank you!

Zeo sells them, as for the actual Card being remembered by the game I'm more than sure I've had trouble with this specific one going missing in the past although I cannot find a reliable cause for the bug.
