DJScias (the host) has been revoked of his verb to hardboot (or whatever was it named) the server. (The only thing that fixes the flash-step delayed frame bug) Probably a version bug or something that got lost in the updates. He's been trying to communicate with you via w/e means to keep you updated, but nothing from you.

There was never a reboot verb, the verb is shutdown-server. If the 'flash step' bug is still occurring then people should be reporting it in the appropriate thread, not bugging Scias, because otherwise it's going to happen until the end of time and it's not fair for him to get bothered every 12 hours that it's happening again.
