To explain, Raging Flame doesn't proc in the square with a black circle. I marked squares that it -does- proc in with a white circle. This picture is all squares I've manually tested, but it can be assumed based on this pattern that Raging Flame's range is about 1 too short of what it's supposed to be or it just isn't calculating its range correctly.

I think it's the latter, as it will hit someone who's directly 6 squares away (with 3/3 Farlight), but if they walk along the edge of its range at all, it'll miss, despite being in the lantern spell's AoE range.
