Dualpower seems to be adding an incorrect amount of SWA, it seems to add 10% STR and WIL to every weapon, swords and tomes included, instead of 10% STR to Tomes and 10% WIL to Swords.

How did you test this?

By equipping various weapons and checking scaled weapon attack in my character screen, started off with an axe, it still gained SWA, and when I equipped a sword on a STR/WIL character it got exponentially more power than it should have.

I made sure 2h wasn't screwing with it all, by adding 10% will it should be adding only 6.5 power, 6 rounded down, but it adds more than just that to swords, they get the 10% STR boost too

Yeah, I noticed this the other day (though I had a different theory, overall).

This lines up with what I had been seeing overall (namely, me thiking weapons were getting 20% from dualpower instead of 10%)
