Return of the Descriptive Item Actions
#1
While it doesn't offer much, I would like to ask if the creative narrations that came with interacting with items (much like in SL1) returned.

For instance, when discarding/destroying an item:
*You drop the ___ like it's hot.
*You drop the ___ like the beat.
*You drop the ___ like a bad habit.
*You dump the ___ like your ex.
*You discard the ___ like Sigrogana Legend.
*You drop the ___ like.... you don't even know.

When using various dungeon/battle items:
*You use the (explosive). FIRE IN THE HOLE!!
*You use the Gentleman's Literature, with a fleeting sense of shame.
*You use the (stat-boosting item). You're pretty sure this wouldn't fly in a tournament.
*You use the Dark Water. Yuck!
*You use the PR-Hi Potion. Your medical addiction is sated for now.
*You use the Alga Plume. Meep Meep, Nyoom.

*You drop the ___ like it's a time bomb.
*You drop the ___ like you hate it with all your hate.
*You use the (crash potion item). Time to crash the party!

Or something like that too. I don't see any problem with this, though. It's kind of funny.

I don't know, on the one hand they're fun for some people, but some others might find it a little obnoxious or unfunny.

As a veteran™, I really loved the sense of humor SL1 had, and remember the sense of disappointment when a new group of food items had the same on-use text.

+1 from me.

I like them. Those who don't can have a toggle in settings.

Same.

It's only a game, why they heff to be mad? People take shit too serious. I absolutely loved how SL1 was full of funny references here and there, and some I'd only notice after watching an anime or two, and this from just a short stay in the game, mind you.

And yeah, a toggle may also balance stuff. We do have one for profanities, right?

I wouldn't mind it personally.

I want more references... Like the Jammer Queen battle being Pokey Means Business, and the mushrooms being the Super Mario RPG forest music. Well, maybe not exactly like those but, little things and nods to stuff for fun.

Giving players an option to disable the description add-ons would be an excellent solution for anyone who doesn't want to see them.
