Formations becoming permanent duration would be an amazing buff and serve to give tactical use to skills such as swap position and vanishing strike, it'd also make some skills like Attack Formation also useful.

I agree with Chaos where in that formation skills would probably be better off at 3SP max than 5SP Max rank.
