Currently, if you use Burn Up with Bloody Palms equipped (and assuming, by extension, Ghost's Claret Call passive), you inflict Claret Call on yourself, and enemies can use it for Ghost abilities as if it were their own.
The following screenshot demonstrates that a Claret Call has been inflicted on me, but was caused by myself.

Claret call can do this on a lot of self inflicted sources, maybe it should just not apply on self inflicted damage.

This doesn't occur with normal Claret, only Bloody Palms, and it's been corrected.
