Elemental Arrow skills cannot have their statuses dispelled out of battle by clicking on the icon, despite being an out of battle status.

I don't fully understand that, are permanent statuses unable to be clicked off like any other status?

That's correct. Only status effects with a duration can be dismissed. Not to say that this can't change, just that it's not a bug.

I see, thank you, if there's any possibility of this being changed later that'd be much preferable, I can raise up a suggestion thread later if thats what you prefer otherwise I'm sure the concern is known for later.
